Seta Coffee is a micro-roastery and café founded through the collaboration of Indonesian architect Jafni Zul Fahmi and Australian coffee maestro Aidan Broderick, combining thoughtful spatial design with an honest approach to coffee. Serving locally grown beans roasted in small batches, Seta Coffee celebrates purity, freshness, and the natural character of Indonesian coffee. Its two spaces, Seta Coffee Studio in Sanur, where all roasting, recipe development, and signature cakes are crafted in a warm minimalist environment, and Seta Coffee Library in Ubud, a calm, home-like setting designed for reading and slow living together reflect a shared philosophy: creating not just exceptional coffee, but intimate, homely spaces where people can pause, breathe, and enjoy each cup with intention.
